Under the supervision of the Principal, the successful candidate works to plan, prepare, and deliver instruction to students as a whole group while differentiating for the needs of the individual. This Short Term Substitute position will begin on or before April 21, 2025 and continue through the end of the school year in June 2025.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate active learning while using relevant pedagogical practices and instructional technology to support and differentiate instruction.
- Provide opportunities to stretch and grow students while providing approprate , particularly for students with special education needs and/or English Language Learners (ELLs).
- Observe and evaluate student performance outcomes; monitor the progress of students’ academic growth and development for the purposes of improving professional practice.
- Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests, assignments, and projects; provide appropriate and timely feedback.
- Contribute to content-based, cross discipline, and/or student-based teams as a collaborative team member.
Qualifications:
- Ability to relate and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Valid Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Math 7-12 or Mid-Level Math 7-9
- Bachelor's degree and willingness to pursue proper certification through PA Department of Education
- Prior experience preferred
