Under the supervision of the Principal, the successful candidate works to plan, prepare, and deliver instruction to students as a whole group while differentiating for the needs of the individual. Responsibilities:

Facilitate active learning while using relevant pedagogical practices and instructional technology to support and differentiate instruction, particularly for students with special education needs and/or English Language Learners (ELLs).

Observe and evaluate student performance outcomes; monitor the progress of students’ academic growth and development for the purposes of improving professional practice.
Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests, assignments, and projects; provide appropriate and timely feedback.
Qualifications:
- Ability to relate and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Valid Pennsylvania certification PK-4, K-6, OR Bachelor's degree and willingness to pursue proper certification through PA Department of Education
